As your business grows, its departments become more expansive and ever more complex, particularly as new branches are opened. This Company Hierarchy feature in the Merchandise Management System enables you to map your logistical structure and supports the way you operate.

With the Merchandise Hierarchy, you can match the way your products are structured with stock availability across your business. This application within the Merchandise Management System allows you to manage product variants effectively i.e styles, sizes or colours and also group the products using a flexible matrix depending on what suits you best.

Promotions Management tool enables you to increase stock turnover with sales promotion offers and have consistency across all branches – customers expect to have the same offers available across the network of your stores.

Setting up and processing Purchase Orders is made easy by providing all the information you require, by simply drag and dropping items into the form. You can set rules that automatically set a process in motion to replenish stock levels should the quantity remaining fall below a set number.

Again using the drag and drop functionality in the Sales Orders, it allows for the forms to be processed quickly and efficiently, as you would expect up to date stock levels to hand.

Allocations and dispatch can be controlled between warehouses and stores as your hierarchy dictates. Once stock has been allocated, picking lists will be printed automatically and dispatch notes can then be produced. A very simple process which ensures total control over stock movements.
