For many years at FD Systems we've been complacent that our level of service was outstanding. How did we know? Well, we rarely lost a customer and seem to have little problem attracting new ones.

Using the philosophy of NPP we looked long and hard at how we were structured to deal with your queries. Our numerous awards for support demonstrated that we had mastered the ability to give a leading quality of service in that respect.
But what of actually dealing with "customer queries"?
Apart from the account managers relationship with you we had no means to monitor, measure and control the inbound questions and requests from those customers looking to develop, progress or understand projects either new or ongoing. There was no central commanding view where we could see all that had been asked of us by our customers.
